Run McAfee Virtual Technical
Automatically diagnose and repair common issues with your solution. Simply install the utility and let it do its work. Very quickly it will find any errors and automatically fix them for you!
Note: If you ‘auto fix’ we recommend that you run the virtual technician a second time to double-check all problems have been resolved. If the Virtual technician cannot fix your problem take a note of the ‘Session ID’ number in the top right box. This will help speed up the assessment process when contacting a McAfee technical support member.

Configure and walk through common issues in a live test environment. This part of the site allows you to re-create McAfee products in a live environment to test all elements of the product and its configurations before you decide to purchase or install the solution in your own network.
Chat Live to a Technician
Log into the ‘Service Portal’ itself and chat directly to a technician who will assist you with your problem. They can even (with your permission) remotely access your machine to fix any problems.
