NetOp Process for Technical Support
Whether you need support for NetOp School, support for NetOp Remote Control, or any NetOp product, NetOp Technology offer customers unlimited technical support across the full range of their products - where there is a current support agreement of course.

(Note, if you do not have a current support agreement you may not be entitled to all avenues of technical support. Should you not have a current support agreement or you are experiencing problems in getting technical support please contact Bluebeam Security for further assistance and we will see what we can do to help.)
If you are seeking technical support you may need to have your current license ‘key’ available at various points throughout the process.
Step 1: Search the Knowledge Base
The NetOp Knowledge Base is a comprehensive technical resource covering all of the main NetOp related topics.

Step 2: If you unfortunately cannot find the required answer on the Knowledge Base then simply submit an on-line ‘help request’ ticket and a NetOp Technician will assist you with your case.

Please note. If you have not already registered your NetOp products you may need to do so before any technical support can be given.
Once you have submitted an on-line request a NetOp technician will look to get back to you. Please be aware response times my vary.
With any open case NetOp also have direct support lines available so you may at anytime follow up on your request.
